What Are Chakras?

The word chakra comes from Sanskrit and means "wheel" or "disk." In the yogic and energetic traditions, chakras are spinning wheels of energy located along the spine, each governing specific physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of our lives. When our chakras are balanced and flowing freely, we experience health, vitality, and harmony. The Seven Main Chakras
